JACKSON MEDICAL TOWER
Is a rental apartment complex and study rooms owned by Jackson Medical Health System, consists of 14 floors. Its air conditioning system is made up of water-condensing heat pumps distributed throughout the 14 floors, in addition to a packaged unit for air treatment in public areas and corridors. OPTIMUM HVACR INC has been in charge of the installation of the new heat pumps as well as the remodeling of the condensation lines.
RIVER LANDING SHOP AND RESIDENCES
OPTIMUM HVACR INC was subcontracted for the installation of air conditioning in 150 apartments and part of the public areas.
LONG TERM CARE CENTER/ JACKSON HEALTH SYSTEM
In this facility belonging to the Jackson Hospital Health System, OPTIMUM HVACR INC has carried out replacement work for air handling units, ducts, split systems, ventilation systems as well as fire smoke damper projects.
